Chromosome-level genome assembly of Doubledaya ruficollisby using PacBio HiFi and Hi-C sequencing

We constructed a chromosome-level genome assembly of Doubledaya ruficollisby integrating PacBio HiFiand Hi-C sequencing data, which is the first assembled genome in the subfamily Languriinae. The assembled genome is 2.44 Gb in size, with 97.36% anchored into 11 pseudochromosomes. It exhibits high contiguity, with a contig N50 of 80.22 Mb and a scaffold N50 of 267.05 Mb, along with a BUSCO completeness of 97.5%. The genome annotation identified 1.73 Gb (70.7%) of repetitive sequences, 14,801 protein-coding genes.
