The objective of this study was to evaluate the mineral composition (macro e micronutrients) of the substrates [initial and residual (postharvest)] based on different combinations of waste (leaf, pseudo-stem and pseudo-stem + leaf) and banana cultivars - Musa spp. (Thap Maeo, Prata Anã, Pelipita and Caipira) during 49 days for the cultivation of POS 09/100 strain of P. ostreatus. It was verified that all of the substrates based on different combinations of waste and banana cultivars presented satisfactory amounts of nutrients for the cultivation of P. ostreatus, both in the initial phase of cultivation and in the end.

本研究旨在评估栽培平菇(P. ostreatus)POS 09/100菌株的49天周期内,以不同废弃物组合(叶片、假茎及假茎+叶片)与香蕉品种(芭蕉属(Musa spp.):Thap Maeo、Prata Anã、Pelipita、Caipira)为原料制备的基质(初始基质与采后残留基质)的矿质成分(大量与微量营养素)。研究证实,所有基于上述废弃物组合与香蕉品种的基质,无论在栽培初始阶段还是栽培末期,均能为平菇(P. ostreatus)的栽培提供满足需求的养分含量。
