资源简介:
HexA is a global transcriptional regulator involved in the modulation of virulence and environmental adaptation in Pectobacterium carotovorum. To identify the genes regulated by HexA, we performed RNA-seq analysis comparing the wild-type strain PCC27 and a hexA deletion mutant at mid-log and early stationary growth phases. This study provides comprehensive transcriptomic profiles that reveal the influence of HexA on gene expression dynamics across growth stages. Overall design: Total RNA was extracted from P. carotovorum PCC27 wild-type and ?hexA mutant strains grown in LB medium. Samples were collected at two time points: mid-log phase and early stationary phase. Three independent biological replicates were prepared for each condition. rRNA-depleted libraries were sequenced using the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform with a paired-end 2 Ã 101 bp configuration.
