CELF2 regulation in multiple myeloma

In this study, we analyzed transcriptome sequencing data to compare CELF2 RNA binding protein regulation in multiple myeloma cell line We transfected RPMI 8226 cell line with 5nM CELF2 LNA ASO (n =2) and compared to Control LNA ASO (n=2) for 72 hours. We isolated RNA with Takara RNA isolation kit. Total RNA was extracted, and RNA integrity was assessed using an Agilent Bioanalyzer. Poly(A)-selected libraries were prepared and sequenced on the Illumina NovaSeq X Plus platform, generating 150 bp paired-end reads to a depth of approximately 50 million reads per sample.
