2009年大亚湾微生物调查

数据集主要包括大亚湾12个CERN联网观测站微生物逐季度长期观测资料。数据的观测按照海湾生态系统微生物观测方法进行,主要观测指标包括微生物个体数、微生物大类分类等。本数据集对于了解全球气候变化和人类活动共同影响下的大亚湾生态系统微生物群落的时空分布和长期变化具有重要意义。

This dataset mainly comprises long-term quarterly observational data on microorganisms from 12 CERN (Chinese Ecosystem Research Network) affiliated monitoring stations in Daya Bay. The observations were conducted following the standard microbial monitoring protocols for bay ecosystems. The core monitored indicators include microbial abundance, major microbial taxonomic classification, and other relevant parameters. This dataset holds great significance for exploring the spatiotemporal distribution and long-term changes of microbial communities in the Daya Bay ecosystem under the combined effects of global climate change and anthropogenic activities.
