耐力阵列（Endurance Array）是一套多尺度观测阵列，采用固定与移动观测设备与平台，对俄勒冈州与华盛顿州沿岸上升流区域的跨陆架与沿陆架变化进行观测。该阵列拥有广阔的空间覆盖范围，涵盖了典型的东边界流系统，并与缆系阵列（Cabled Array）实现连通。OOI沿岸滑翔机部署项目填补了沿岸耐力阵列固定站点之间的观测空白，可对华盛顿州与俄勒冈州沿岸海域开展自适应采样。本数据集包含直接从原生滑翔机文件格式解析得到的原始Slocum滑翔机（Slocum glider）数据，未应用任何校正或质量控制算法。
