RNA sequencing of sorted colonic NMUR1+ ILC2s and CD4 T cells

RNA sequencing of sorted colonic NMUR1+ ILC2s and CD4 T cells Nmur1-eGFP+ ILC2s, Nmur1-eGFP+ CD4 T cells and Nmur1-eGFP– CD4 T cells were sort-purified from the colons of Nmur1iCre-eGFP mice that had been exposed to DSS for 5 days and then allowed to recover on water for 3 days. Throughout this time, they were administered PBS or NMU by intraperitoneal injection every other day. 3 mice were in each treatment group, and samples from each mouse were analyzed as independent samples.
