Register of project documentation of hazardous industrial objects in the field of pressure installations and lifting mechanisms

Registration of the IPO project documentation shall be carried out in the Project Register of Profile Inspections. The project documentation of the IPO shall be submitted to the profile inspections based on the applicant’s request after the registration of the application referred to in the Coordination and Analysis Technical Section of IPSSTOIP and endorsement by the head of IPSSTOIP. After checking the IBO project documentation, the sector inspector of the profile inspection shall be assigned the serial number according to the register, after which the special stamp shall be affixed to the explanatory memorandum of the project. The stamp shall be completed (indicate the registration number of the project, the date of registration and the signature of the inspector who registered the project).首次公开募股（IPO）项目文件的登记工作需在轮廓检查（Profile Inspections）项目登记册内完成。在完成IPSSTOIP协调与分析技术组所提及的申请登记流程，并经IPSSTOIP负责人签署同意后，申请人可提交IPO项目文件至轮廓检查环节。轮廓检查部门检查员在核查IBO项目文件后，需依据登记册为项目分配序列号，随后将专用印章加盖至项目说明备忘录之上。加盖印章时需完整填写以下内容：项目登记编号、登记日期，以及负责该项目登记的检查员签名。
