利用PCR技术，通过基因特异的引物，在毛白杨基因组DNA中扩增毛白杨Pto-miR167e、Pto-miR167g-5p以及Pto-TPS5基因序列，从中发掘关键SNP位点，用于后续技术开发与应用。
Using PCR technology with gene-specific primers, the sequences of Pto-miR167e, Pto-miR167g-5p and Pto-TPS5 genes were amplified from Populus tomentosa genomic DNA, and key SNP loci were identified therefrom for subsequent technical development and applications.
