**Historical – construction projects in Paris in 2021** ** Dataset of the projects in progress in 2021**, the City of Paris, network operators as well as private construction sites that occupy the public space in Paris. Each record designates a site right-of-way. A construction site may contain several rights-of-way. The right-of-way of a site refers to an area temporarily occupied by work on public space. It corresponds to the space declared by the applicant (individual waterfront, public service concessionaire, project manager or construction company, etc.) on the occasion of an application for authorisation for temporary occupation of the public domain. This dataset contains: * The construction sites of the City of Paris, * The construction sites of network operators (Paris water, heating, electricity, gas, air conditioning, RATP, telecom operators, etc.), * Private construction sites that occupy the public space (e.g. scaffolding). * It also includes information on the temporary congestion that this creates on the public space, mobilities and the type of parking.
