The Hatching-Box: A Novel System for Automated Monitoring and Quantification of Drosophila melanogaster Developmental Behavior - Dataset

The Hatching-Box dataset contains 1,348 manually labelled images of wild type Drosophila Melanogaster (iso31) as recorded with the Hatching-Box monitoring system with nearly 416,000 labelled objects in total. The full images (all 3 breeding tubes) and labels can be found in the "full" subdirectory. The "tiled" subdirectory contains the images and labels of the cropped tubes of the full image.
