The basis for these contours are the most recent digital zoning plans with an economic purpose, extended to include the actual contours of usages that connect to the site in a single block and are therefore part of the business zone as actually characterised. Overview of the uses within an industrial estate for which information on building, function, use and availability is collected and, if known, supplemented by information on bottlenecks (restrictions). Useable parcels are defined as visually observable plots (whether or not built on), which can be found in part or more than one cadastral plot. Parcels offered for sale or hire. Contains a reference to the user, organisation offering and website where the plot is attracted.Registered organisation: a table containing the details of all organisations acting as a provider of a business plot or as developer or manager of an industrial site. Developing business zone: designated (part) land with ongoing development or (part) land not yet developed. A (part of) an industrial estate on which some form of management is present. This may be a contact point, digital management or legal management.Planning zone with an economic purpose (industrial site under planning): overview of future economic zones or conversion of existing zones into non-economic use from public or re-planning plans.
