Digitalization and its impact on economic growth

ABSTRACT Digitalization transforms the traditional concepts of economic growth and competitiveness. This article studies the effect of digitalization on Russia’s economic growth. As indicators measuring the impact of digitalization processes on economic growth, the study used the Gross Domestic Product per capita, the Global Competitiveness Index, the Index of Digital Life, the Digital Adoption Index, and the Resilience Index. Their in-depth examination based on a three-pronged model showed that the state of the macroenvironment and the readiness of the population for digital transformation do not allow digital technologies to affect the economic growth rate seriously.摘要：数字化正在重塑传统的经济增长与竞争力理念。本文聚焦数字化对俄罗斯经济增长的影响展开研究。本研究选取人均国内生产总值（Gross Domestic Product per capita）、全球竞争力指数（Global Competitiveness Index）、数字生活指数（Index of Digital Life）、数字采用指数（Digital Adoption Index）以及韧性指数（Resilience Index）作为衡量数字化进程对经济增长影响的评价指标。基于三维分析模型对上述指标进行深入剖析后发现，当前宏观环境现状与民众数字化转型准备度，均未能使数字技术对经济增速产生显著影响。
