PPRT TOTAL (Origin of Surface Risk)

The origin of the risk characterises the real-world entity which, through its presence, represents a potential risk. This origin may be characterised by a name and, in some cases, a geographical object locating the actual entity causing the risk. The location of the entity and the knowledge of the hazardous phenomenon are used to define the risk pools, the risk-exposed areas that underpin the RPP.In RTPs, it represents the enclosure of the facility(s) classified for environmental protection (ICPE) at the origin of the risk analysed and addressed by the RPP. In the PPRT methodology, it is described as a grey area.

风险源指的是通过自身存在即可构成潜在风险的现实实体。该风险源可通过名称进行表征，部分场景下还可通过用于定位该实际致险实体的地理对象来补充描述。实体的位置与危险现象的相关认知，被用于定义风险池——即支撑RPP的风险暴露区域。在RTPs中，其指代经RPP分析并处置的风险源处的环境保护分类设施（ICPE）的围合范围。在PPRT方法体系中，该风险源被界定为灰色地带。
