Dataset for article "Three-point bending fatigue behaviour of DIW-printed microporous titanium filaments for orthopaedic lattices"

This dataset provides experimental and numerical data supporting the study of DIW-printed microporous titanium filaments for orthopedic lattices. It includes raw fatigue and monotonic mechanical testing data, SEM images of microstructures and fracture surfaces, and nodal stress distributions from finite element analysis. These resources enable the correlation between manufacturing-induced porosity and the resulting fatigue life and crack initiation mechanisms.
