Sanger and Illumina generated sequencing files for good and degraded DNA from ANFC specimens

FASTA and FASTQ sequencing files from Sanger and MiSeq sequencing of good quality and degraded (formalin exposed) DNA from fish specimens in the Australian National Fish Collection. Data generated during a CSIRO Environomics Future Science Platform project, stage 1.\nLineage: Sanger sequencing and FASTA files were obtained in house at the CSIRO marine laboratories Genetics Facility. MiSeq sequencing and FASTQ files were obtained from the Ramaciotti Centre for Genomics (UNSW) as the third party next generation sequencing provider.

本数据集包含澳大利亚国家鱼类收藏馆（Australian National Fish Collection）馆藏鱼类标本的高质量与经甲醛暴露处理的降解DNA，经Sanger测序（Sanger sequencing）与MiSeq测序（MiSeq sequencing）得到对应的FASTA（FASTA）与FASTQ（FASTQ）测序文件。该数据为澳大利亚联邦科学与工业研究组织（CSIRO）环境组学未来科学平台第一阶段项目所产生。
数据溯源：Sanger测序及FASTA文件由CSIRO海洋实验室遗传学中心内部自主获取；MiSeq测序及FASTQ文件则由第三方下一代测序服务商拉马科蒂基因组学中心（Ramaciotti Centre for Genomics，新南威尔士大学UNSW）提供。
