Each of these files has columns for Site Code, Bullfrog Site, Site Type, and 9 columns indicating whether a filter was collected (represented by a 0 or 1; “-” = no filter collected) and whether DNA of target taxa was detected on that filter (0 or 1). The 5 file names indicate the target taxon (e.g., bullfrog_detect, ranaviruses_detect). Site Code: Numeric code representing a unique site. Site names are obscured because some are on private property and some host endangered species. BullfrogSite: Indicates whether a site was coded a priori as a site with bullfrogs. Yes= 1, No = 0. Site Type: Indicates whether a site was an eradication site (Treatment) or control site. pre_S1_....: Indicates whether a site was samples before (pre_) or after (post_) bullfrog eradication efforts occurred. There were up to 3 pre-eradication filter samples collected and up to 6 post-eradication samples. The end of the header (e.g., pre_s1_BF) indicates which taxon the results are for. Results from eDNA samples indicating whether target DNA was detected (1) or not (0) on a particular filter.
