KESLI APC dataset for the period 2019-2023

OVERVIEW An open dataset of annual Article Processing Charges (APCs) for the period 2019–2023, compiled within the KESLI system. The data were collected through a combination of manual extraction and web scraping techniques. Detailed descriptions of the variables can be found in the supplementary file "KESLI APC Dataset_Codebook-v1.txt." 1. Number of variables: 22 2. Number of cases/rows: 17,267 Additional data that were not incorporated into the current dataset. These include original APC price lists provided by publishers, APC data for journals not captured via the eGate system, and APC prices pertaining to periods beyond the defined study timeframe.
