The dataset contains the following fields
* **time** in the format 'dd.MM.yyyy HH:mm:ss’
* **water level** in cm
* **status** indication “1” means quality assured, “0” does not mean quality assurance
Character set is ISO-8859-1, column separator is semicolon.
