本论文选取被白蜡窄吉丁危害的白蜡树和健康白蜡树各3株，利用成熟的转录组技术分析其表达情况，从中筛选与白蜡窄吉丁危害密切相关的基因。
In this study, 3 Fraxinus trees infested by Agrilus planipennis and 3 healthy Fraxinus trees were selected. Well-established transcriptomics techniques were employed to analyze their gene expression profiles, and genes closely associated with Agrilus planipennis infestation were screened.
