Genome sequencing and assembly of mixed host-symbiont DNA. The host is Gammarus roeselii and the parasite, Dictyocoela roeselum. We sequenced both at the same time as parasite spores can't be isolated from the host tissus. Sequencing using Illumina paired-end reads.
