Preserve, demolish, build or squat the daycare Ninho Jardim Condessa Marina R. Crespi: of all risks, the risk

Abstract The present paper discusses the relation between industrial cultural heritage and urban territory examining the process concerning heritage and the occupation by squatters of the daycare center Ninho Jardim Condessa Marina R. Crespi, in Mooca district, São Paulo. These processes are studied in the light of the problematization of the notions of risk, loss, demolition and market, developed by J. R. Gonçalves, seen as the reverse of cultural heritage, as well as of their relation to processes of urban gentrification. We based our work on the analysis of documents and qualitative interviews.

摘要 本文探讨工业文化遗产与城市空间的关联，考察了圣保罗市莫卡区尼尼奥·雅尔丁·孔代萨·玛丽娜·R·克雷斯皮日托中心（Ninho Jardim Condessa Marina R. Crespi）的遗产相关进程，以及擅自占居该中心的事件。本文基于J.R.贡萨尔维斯（J. R. Gonçalves）提出的风险、灭失、拆除与市场等概念的问题化分析框架展开研究——这些概念被视为文化遗产的对立面——同时剖析了上述进程与城市绅士化进程的关联。本研究依托文献分析与质性访谈开展。
