Dataset of Bacillus subtilis NRS-762 in pure culture on different agar media

<i>Bacillus subtilis</i> is an important biotechnology workhorse, but many undomesticated <i>Bacillus subtilis</i> strains exist, and research on these strains are uncovering hitherto unknown facets into their cell biology, metabolism, and physiology. This dataset comprises pictures of <i>B. subtilis</i> NRS-762 in pure culture format on different agar media, including an in-house formulated colourless agar medium. Incubation conditions were 30 ^oC for variable period of time depending on experiment need.

枯草芽孢杆菌（Bacillus subtilis）是一类重要的生物技术工作宿主菌株，但目前存在诸多未驯化的枯草芽孢杆菌菌株，针对这些菌株的研究正不断揭示其细胞生物学、代谢与生理学特性中此前未被认知的多个方面。本数据集包含在不同琼脂培养基上以纯培养形式培养的枯草芽孢杆菌NRS-762的图像，其中涵盖一种实验室自主配制的无色琼脂培养基。培养条件为30℃，培养时长根据实验需求灵活调整。
