聚集诱导发射光敏剂(AIE-PSs)具有光敏性强、耐光漂白等优点,已在肿瘤光动力治疗中表现出优异的治疗效果。然而,小分子AIE-PSs由于缺乏靶向性,会对正常组织和细胞带来不期望的细胞毒性。研究人员利用纳米载体来提高光敏剂的靶向性,减少对正常组织的毒副作用,但这也会带来纳米载体的安全性问题。数据集来自于新型发光检测技术研究,其中包含一种无载体聚集诱导发光纳米光敏剂的构建及其PH响应性聚集发光检测的数据。实验研究中,开发了一种由两亲性AIE光敏剂自组装的新型pH响应型无载体AIE纳米光敏剂,进行了无载体AIE纳米材料的发光测试。所述数据通过紫外-可见光分光光度计(UV-2450)和荧光分光光度计(F-2500)采集获得,采集时间为2019年7月14日,采集地点为天津大学。数据体量约为50 kB。

Aggregation-induced emission photosensitizers (AIE-PSs) boast advantages such as strong photosensitivity and high photobleaching resistance, and have demonstrated excellent therapeutic efficacy in tumor photodynamic therapy. However, small-molecule AIE-PSs lack targeting ability, thus causing unwanted cytotoxicity to normal tissues and cells. Researchers have employed nanocarriers to enhance the targeting performance of photosensitizers and reduce toxic side effects on normal tissues, yet this introduces safety concerns associated with the nanocarriers themselves. This dataset originates from a study on novel luminescence detection technologies, and contains data related to the fabrication of a carrier-free aggregation-induced emission nanophotosensitizer and its pH-responsive aggregated luminescence detection. In the experimental study, a novel pH-responsive carrier-free AIE nanophotosensitizer self-assembled from amphiphilic AIE photosensitizers was developed, and luminescence tests were conducted on the carrier-free AIE nanomaterials. The data were collected using a UV-visible spectrophotometer (UV-2450) and a fluorescence spectrophotometer (F-2500) on July 14, 2019, at Tianjin University. The data volume is approximately 50 kB.
