上海市1：400万县级行政区划数据集（1995年）包括上海市1995年县级行政区划数据和县级行政驻地点数据。县级行政区划数据包括了县级行政单元的名称、拼音、行政区划代码、变迁情况等信息；驻地点数据包括县级行政单元驻地的位置信息，驻地的级别、变迁情况等信息。
Shanghai 1:4,000,000 County-level Administrative Divisions Dataset (1995) includes two categories of data: the 1995 county-level administrative division data of Shanghai and the location data of county-level administrative seats. The county-level administrative division data contains information such as the name, pinyin, administrative division code, and change history of county-level administrative units. The location data of administrative seats includes the geographic position, level, and change history of the corresponding county-level administrative seats.
