居民用水量异常监测数据

本产品拥有金华市所有已安装智能水表的3万多户居民不同时段用水量数据、环比值、用水时段及用水频率等。对已纳入智能水表监测的老年人，相关管理单位会对他们的用水情况进行数据监测和分析计算，若检测到老年人家中用水数据异常，便会触发预警机制，相关管理单位会立刻联系居民了解情况，或指派人员上门核实老年人情况，最大限度保障老年人群体的生活，提升独居老人提供个性化服务。

This product includes a dataset covering over 30,000 resident households with installed smart water meters in Jinhua City, containing time-staged water consumption data, month-on-month change ratios, water usage time slots and water usage frequencies of these residents. For elderly residents enrolled in the smart water meter monitoring program, relevant management authorities will carry out data monitoring and analytical calculations on their water usage status. Should abnormal water consumption data be detected in an elderly household, an early warning mechanism will be activated. The relevant management units will immediately contact the resident to learn about the situation, or assign staff to conduct on-site verification of the elderly person's circumstances. This mechanism is intended to maximize the protection of the daily lives of the elderly population and provide personalized services for elderly residents living alone.
