BoMiProt

BoMiProt with over 3100 proteins from whey, fat globule membranes and exosomes. Each entry in the database is thoroughly cross-referenced including 397 proteins with well-defined information on protein function, biochemical properties, post-translational modifications and significance in milk from different publications. Of 397 proteins, over 199 have been reported with a structural gallery of homology models and crystal structures in the database.BoMiProt 数据集收录了来自乳清（whey）、脂肪球膜（fat globule membranes）与外泌体（exosomes）的3100余种蛋白质。该数据库的每一条目均经过严格的交叉引用溯源，其中397种蛋白质拥有来自不同公开文献的明确功能信息、生化特性、翻译后修饰（post-translational modifications）特征及其在牛乳中的生物学意义。在这397种蛋白质中，已有超过199种在该数据库中收录了包含同源建模结构（homology models）与晶体结构（crystal structures）的结构图库。
