We reported an atlas of de novo-defined, full-length macaque gene models on the basis of single molecule long-read transcriptome sequencing (Iso-seq). Overall design: We performed Isoform sequencing (Iso-seq) in 13 PacBio Sequel cells to profile the poly(A)-positive RNAs derived from macaque frontal cortex, heart and testis. We also performed Isoform sequencing (Iso-seq) in 1 PacBio Sequel cells to profile the poly(A)-positive RNAs derived from mouse brain.
