Supplementary data and script for thesis manuscript "Study of the potential of microbial bioelectrochemical systems for N2 fixation"

Scripts used for data presented in thesis manuscipt of Axel Rous about the Study of the potential of microbial bioelectrochemical systems for N2 fixation ("Etude du potentiel des systèmes bioélectrochimiques microbiens pour la fixation de l'azote"). The script folder contains all the scripts used to link the results of the data files and to format the graphs presented. The data folder contains all the data obtained from the measurements made on enrichment of biocathodes for N2 fixation from soil samples, pure strain cultures made to explore hypotheses about enriched bactrial communities and bioanode with Geobacter sulfurreducens under N-deficient conditions. Data for gas, VFA and optical density are in GazDO folder, current measurement in electro folder, community sequencing in seq folder and metabolite measurements in the culture media during the enrichments presented in Gallery and CHNS folders.
