Eagle input files for Atwell et al. (2010)

Eagle is a new method and package for multi-locus association mapping. Our goal was to develop a new computational tool that makes multi-locus association mapping on a genome-wide scale routine and mainstream. Eagle is fast, gives easy to interpret results, is statistically powerful, and is easy to use. We demonstrate its use on genome-wide data collected on Arabidopsis thaliana plants in Atwell et al. Nat Genet. (2010). The input files and analysis script are contained here.
