Cystic fibrosis (CF) results in altered mucus and chronic respiratory infections, resulting in a high antibiotic burden. Both altered mucus and antibiotics lead to chronic intestinal dysbiosis. This project aimed to explore the extent of microbiome perturbation in CF.
