3733 HQ and MQ metagenome-assembled genomes from 23 Danish WWTP

This is the data associated with the HQ MAGs recovered from the activated sludge of Danish wastewater treatment plants. Here we include the medium quality as well as high quality MAGs for quick and easy download. The HQ MAGs and metagenome data used to create all MAGs are also in NCBI. MQ MAGs can only be found here.

本数据集涵盖分离自丹麦污水处理厂活性污泥的高质量宏基因组组装基因组（High-quality Metagenome-Assembled Genomes，HQ MAGs）相关数据。为便于快速下载，本数据集收录了中等质量宏基因组组装基因组（Medium-quality Metagenome-Assembled Genomes，MQ MAGs）与高质量宏基因组组装基因组。用于构建所有宏基因组组装基因组的高质量宏基因组组装基因组及配套宏基因组原始数据，亦可在美国国家生物技术信息中心（National Center for Biotechnology Information，NCBI）获取。而中等质量宏基因组组装基因组仅可在本数据集内获取。
