Orders published pursuant to Section 5b(1)(a) and (b) of Act No 211/2000 on freedom of access to information and amending certain acts, as amended, shall be issued for goods and services related to the provision of the operation of the RÚVZ with its registered office in Stará Ľubovňa.依据经修订的《第211/2000号信息自由获取及若干法案修订法案》第5b条第1款(a)项和(b)项发布的命令，应针对与注册办事处位于旧卢布夫尼亚（Stará Ľubovňa）的RÚVZ运营相关的货物及服务出具。
