Data from: River discharge and anthropogenic disturbance drive intertidal biofilm fatty acids and shorebird habitat use in the Fraser River Estuary, Canada

This dataset includes measurements of biofilm fatty acid concentrations and relevant environmental variables from the Fraser River estuary (British Columbia, Canada). The methods used for the collection of biofilm samples and environmental data are detailed in our associated paper, titled "River discharge and anthropogenic disturbance drive intertidal biofilm fatty acids and shorebird habitat use in the Fraser River Estuary, Canada" by Emily Brown et al. (under review).
