Spatial joint profiling of DNA methylome and transcriptome in tissues

We introduce a high-resolution, genome-wide co-mapping technology that spatially resolves DNA methylation and transcriptome profiles simultaneously. This method combines microfluidic deterministic barcoding strategy to analyze DNA methylation and gene expression on the same tissue section at the cellular level. Gene expression and DNA methylation spatial profiling through high throughput sequencing of four mouse C57 embryos at E11 & E13 and one P21 juvenile mouse brain tissue.
