Emmy Noether: canonical working German corpus and multilingual translations

The archive is ordered reader-first: one ZIP containing every direct reader PDF and TeX, then all clickable PDFs, then cumulative/partial TeX, then navigation, workflow, and complete history bundles. German, English, Spanish, French, Interslavic Latin/Cyrillic, and Japanese have direct cumulative readers. Russian, Ukrainian, Arabic, and Persian have direct incomplete readers. No producer-owned Chinese or Korean cross-paper cumulative reader exists, so 50 current Chinese paper PDFs and 9 current Korean paper/unit PDFs are exposed directly as first-class files rather than hidden in a generic ZIP or falsely labelled complete. 91-index.csv records language, script, scope, coverage, build, and review state for every direct artifact. A clickable PDF means readable, not approved. Producer labels such as UNCHECKED, partial, internally checked, or complete are not silently upgraded. 92-sha256.csv hashes the top-level surface; 93-pointer.json names the exact German authority; 94-workflow.zip preserves the controlling workflow verbatim. The Japanese PDF is built from an exact captured producer reader with two documented release-only syntax/layout repairs; the untouched upstream, exact patch, build log, and build/visual-QA receipt are inside 00-all.zip. No target-language quality review was performed by the archive owner. This version advances the German working authority to ED0003 and restores one already-present Paper 2 source footnote that TeX had suppressed inside display math. The German wording is unchanged; the correction only separates the existing footnote mark and text so the note appears in the PDF. Translation bytes are unchanged. The language bundles preserve every substantive captured Noether translation-task file and revision. This is a machine-assisted working corpus and preservation surface, not a critical edition, peer review, or mathematical certification.
