Some structural features of the peptide profile of myelin basic protein-hydrolyzing antibodies in schizophrenic patients

Shotgun MS analysis of IgG peptides from the blood serum of patients with acute schizophrenia (noted 210421ZMG_SCH*) and healthy people (noted 210421ZMG_C*). Samples from schizophrenia patients exhibited proteolytic activity against myelin basic protein and samples from healthy individuals were with negligible or “null” proteolytic activity.

针对急性精神分裂症患者（样本编号210421ZMG_SCH*）与健康受试者（样本编号210421ZMG_C*）血清中IgG肽段的鸟枪质谱（Shotgun MS）分析显示：精神分裂症患者样本可检测到针对髓鞘碱性蛋白（myelin basic protein）的蛋白水解活性，而健康个体样本的蛋白水解活性可忽略不计或为“零”。
