Data are presented as effect sizes (95% CI) per allele and p-values.aEffect sizes are adjusted for age, sex and BMI and given as absolute values for total cholesterol and HDL-cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, and as percentages for triglyceride, leptin, adiponectin and CRP since these traits are logarithmically transformed.
