primary ATRT DNA methylation microarray

Infinium methylationEPIC array data from 54 human ATRT samples were processed using RnBeads (version 1.6.1) Bioconductor package. Probe intensities were normalized with the “illumina” method. Probes outside CpG context, targeting single nucleotide polymorphisms or targeting X and Y chromosomes were all filtered out. Matrix of beta-value were generated and annotated using the RnBeads.hg19 (version 1.26.0) Bioconductor package.

针对54例人类非典型畸胎瘤样横纹肌样瘤（ATRT）样本的Infinium甲基化EPIC芯片阵列（Infinium methylationEPIC array）数据，采用RnBeads（版本1.6.1）Bioconductor软件包进行处理。采用"illumina"方法对探针信号强度实施标准化操作。所有位于非CpG环境、靶向单核苷酸多态性或靶向X、Y染色体的探针均被过滤移除。随后借助RnBeads.hg19（版本1.26.0）Bioconductor软件包生成β值矩阵并完成注释。
