Dataset Direct Download Service (WFS): Territory benefiting from LEADER 4th generation in Occitania

Leader is axis 4 for the implementation of the Rural Development Regulation (Council Regulation No 1698/2005 of 20 September 2005). It is a European programme for rural areas that allows France to support 222 territories with a development strategy organised around a unifying theme. These territories have set up Local Action Groups (LAGs) whose operation is organised around participation in the decisions of a public/private partnership with a majority of private partners (representatives of socio-professional organisations, associations, companies). Leader was set up for the period 2007-2013, following three generations of Community initiative programme (Leader I, Leader II, Leader+) whose aim is to open up new avenues for European interventions.Leader计划为2005年9月20日欧盟理事会第1698/2005号《农村发展条例》（Rural Development Regulation）实施框架下的第4轴项目。该欧洲乡村发展计划支持法国222个以统一主题为核心制定发展战略的乡村区域，上述区域均设立了地方行动小组（Local Action Groups，LAGs），其运作依托公私伙伴参与决策的机制，且私人伙伴占多数席位，涵盖社会职业组织代表、社会团体及企业代表。Leader计划启动于2007-2013年，其前身为三代共同体倡议项目（Leader I、Leader II、Leader+），前述项目的核心目标是为欧盟涉农干预举措开辟新的发展路径。
