We used Single-cell RNA-seq to examine transcriptional proflies of midguts with suppression of Imd in progenitors. Overall design: Genotype control flies and flies with Imd inhibition were riased on regular food (Bloomington standard food) for 10 days at 29ºC after eclosion. Guts were dissected and dissociated by elastase. Sorting live single cells used by OptiprepTM Density Gradient medium and generated library and sent to Novogene for sequencing.
