Women with cervical adenocarcinoma (ADC) tend to have a worse prognosis than patients treated for cervical squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). Therefore, it is important to investigate molecular patterns that diverge between these two cervical cancer subtypes. We sequenced 8 SCC and 3 ADC samples.
