Real estate market City of Zurich: Price series (median prices) and number of hand changes in freehand sales by zone type, for entire city, city districts and city quarters

Evaluations from the hand change statistics. Three different price ranges are available: a) price per m2 of land area, b) price per m2 of land area less insurance value (= approximate value for land price), c) price per m2 of housing area for condominium purchases. The prices are differentiated by city quarter and zone type, but also available aggregated (for entire city and city districts as well as for the total of all zone types). In addition to the median price, the number of manual changes is also shown.
