Towards a Structural Theory of Emergent Coherence: A Minimal Framework for Complex Dynamical Systems

Unified Systems Science (USS) proposes a minimal structural framework to describe specific regimes of emergent coherence without recourse to teleology. Founded on the Axiom of Emergent Coherence (AEC), it defines the viability of a system through the recursive structural compatibility between its local actualization dynamics and its global stability regimes (α ↔ Ω). This document presents the foundations of this grammar, illustrates its application via the Prompt Coherence Engine (PCE) in the field of Large Language Models, and proposes an extension toward a multi-scale coherence operator.
