Research of lncRNA expression signatures for four molecular subtype of breast cancer

To screen promising serum-based lncRNA biomarkers for different molecular subtype of breast cancer,we uesed a genome-wide lncRNA microarray to identify differentially expressed lncRNAs from serum samples of patients with four different molecular subtype of BC and healthy controls. We selected 15 serum samples—three from luminal A BC patients, three from luminal B BC patients, three from Her-2+ BC patients, three from TNBC patients and three from healthy controls—to perform a genome-wide lncRNA microarray.
