The clades with which each orthogroup is most strongly associated. These orthogroups were identified in the A) MST, B) SUT and C) SWEET families. Note that many sugar transporter clades have at least one orthogroup that is unique to them. In the SUT family, one orthogroup has all SUT1 and SUT4 sequences studied as members. (XLSX 14 kb)
