Temporal comparison of transcriptomic alterations in human, mouse and rat primary B lymphocytes exposed to 2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin (TCDD)

RNA-Seq was used to analyze and compare temporal TCDD-induced gene expression changes in primary human, mouse and rat B cells. Most of the differentially expressed genes exibited species-specific expression. Cross-species comparison identified 28 orthologs commonly deregulated in all 3 species. The study provides new insight into mechanisms of TCDD-induced suppression of B cell effector function.
本研究采用RNA测序(RNA-Seq)技术,分析并比较原代人、小鼠及大鼠B细胞中2,3,7,8-四氯二苯并对二噁英(TCDD)诱导的时序性基因表达变化。绝大多数差异表达基因呈现物种特异性表达模式。跨物种比较分析共鉴定出在三个物种中均存在表达失调的28个直系同源基因(orthologs)。本研究为TCDD抑制B细胞效应功能的分子机制提供了新的见解。
