16S rRNA Gene Sequencing of Filtered Groundwater from 8 Boreholes in Cambodia (NERC grant NE/P01304X/1)

This dataset represents the raw reads from sequencing the V4 hyper-variable region of the 16S rRNA gene on an Illumina MiSeq platform. The samples are filtered groundwater samples from 8 boreholes from a sandy-dominated site and a clay-dominated site in Cambodia that show arsenic concentrations above the WHO recommended limit, and were collected in May 2019.本数据集为基于Illumina MiSeq测序平台对16S rRNA基因V4高变区进行测序得到的原始测序读段。所用样本为2019年5月采集自柬埔寨两处场地（分别以砂质基质为主、黏土质基质为主）的8口钻孔的过滤地下水样，上述样本的砷浓度均超出世界卫生组织（World Health Organization，WHO）推荐的限值。
