资源简介:
In this study, we aimed to investigate efficiencies of crude oil bioremediation through natural and cultured-assisted compostings and bacterial communities associated with these processes. First, a crude oil degraded bacterial isolate (M07) originated from an oil field, identified as Pseudomonas aeruginosa, which had overall biodegradation of 77.71% and high abilities to degrade long-chain and branched alkanes (93.61% and ca. 48%), according to GC-MS analysis, was selected. Bioremediation of crude oil-contaminated soil was tested in three treatments: untreated soil (S), soil composted with fruit-based waste (SW) and soil composted with the same waste with the addition of M07 culture (SWB). Bacterial communities in these treatments were monitored throughout the 4-week bioremediation period, using Ion-Torrent Next Generation Sequencing and the crude oil degradation was determined at the end.
