Effect of Ep300 silencing on gene expression of RAW264.7

Differentially expressed genes were identified by comparing the gene expression profiling of RAW264.7 of Ep300 silencing with that of control. Results provide important information to indicate Effect of Ep300 silencing on RAW264.7. To investigate the effect of EP300 on macrophages, we established RAW264.7 cell lines in which Ep300 has been silenced by si_Ep300. Then, we added si_nc to another cell line of the same generation as a control and performed the gene expression profiling analysis of these two different cells. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis using data for RAW264.7 with Ep300 silencing.
